Kindergarten Information
Your child must be 5-years-old on or before July 31, 2009, to be eligible for Kindergarten in the Liberty Public School District.
Parents will need to bring the following to enrollment night:
- Your child
- Two proofs of residency (utility bill, lease agreement, etc.)
- Your child’s state-issued birth certificate
- Your child’s immunization record
- Your child’s social security card
- Names/phone numbers for emergency contact
If you have questions, please contact your child’s elementary school or call 736-5300. If you are unsure which school your child will attend next year, please contact the Transportation Department at 736-5360.
